1. Demo Mode & Illustrative Inventory Notice
This application operates in Showcase / Demo Mode. All property listings, guide prices, floor plans, advisor profiles (Maya Rowan, Theo Bennett, Clara Ellis), and client review scenarios are illustrative examples created for architectural and software demonstration. Demo email addresses use reserved .example.invalid domains so no external emails are accidentally dispatched.
2. Information We Collect & Purpose
When you submit a viewing request, valuation booking, or general contact form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, and relevant enquiry context. We process this information solely to coordinate property viewings, prepare residential valuations, or answer your enquiry.
3. Browser Storage & Data Minimization
Your Saved Homes shortlist stores only public property slugs in browser localStorage. Our multi-step valuation form stores only non-sensitive property attributes (postcode prefix, bedroom count, property type) in sessionStorage and never writes your name, email, or phone number to client storage.
4. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Submitted leads are isolated on the server. Individual advisors can only view leads assigned to their own desk or listings, while content editors have zero access to customer PII.
